From the hundreds of design-bid-build projects we’ve had the opportunity to build, it became apparent that our attention to detail during the estimating phase is second to none. As well we are naturally inquisitive about our clients end use of the project and their operations.
Because of these strengths, we’ve found our clients benefit from our involvement the most from the very beginning of a project. We offer pre-construction services including site selection, regulatory approval, constructibility, estimating, scheduling and assistance with material selection. We’re able to provide a detailed estimate, all encompassing of project scope, timing and phasing based on your needs. We offer our clients one stop shopping by partnering with Architects and Engineers on design-build projects to get projects done on budget and sooner than other delivery methods.
General Construction:
When we pair our excellent estimating services with our standard operating procedures, a close knit project team and software to document and communicate daily means we treat every project with the respect and attention it deserves. We bring value to all size projects with our dedicated team of Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers and various support positions. We don’t cut corners at Milestone because we know at the end of the day it’s our reputation and responsibility to deliver a project as you envisioned. Our project team stays ahead of projects by taking daily photos and logs, updating the project schedule and having site meetings with the team weekly.
Our self performing team provides us the flexibility to perform many scopes in house and keep projects on schedule.
